Silverlight Digital is looking to hire a curious, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Associate Digital Media Planner to join our growing Media team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience in digital media planning and buying across a variety of verticals—including pharma, financial services, retail, and travel.

What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Digital Media Planner, you’ll support media planning and buying across a broad range of platforms while learning the foundations of digital strategy, campaign performance, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and buying digital media across channels like Publisher Direct Display, Video, Mobile, Programmatic, Social Media, and Connected TV

Monitor campaign pacing, assist in optimizations, and manage day-to-day campaign performance

Compile and analyze performance data, identifying actionable insights

Assist in building client-facing presentations in PowerPoint

Learn and work within key media technologies such as trafficking/ad serving platforms

Build relationships with media vendors, publishers, and ad tech partners

Support day-to-day account management, including direct client interaction, project coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of deliverables across cross-functional teams

Collaborate with departments like account management, finance, and search/social

Proactively flag and troubleshoot campaign or tech issues

Stay current with industry news, media innovations, and emerging ad technologies
What We’re Looking For:

0–2 years of experience in digital media planning or buying (internships or agency exposure a plus)

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients and partners

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Knowledge of ad platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads Manager, or DSPs is a plus—but not required

Interest in media research tools like comScore or Kantar

Strong time management and prioritization skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment—and also work independently
