The Responsibilities:

Media Strategy & Client Leadership

  • Lead development of media strategy and KPIs to drive client success
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate on and present innovative, insight-led media recommendations

Channel Planning & Execution

  • Develop integrated media plans across digital and traditional channels (display, programmatic, SEM, social, CTV, OOH, etc.)
  • Oversee media planning, buying, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Negotiate pricing, placements, and targeting to maximize ROI

Internal Collaboration & Growth

  • Partner across account, tech, and operations teams to align client goals with solutions
  • Upsell and cross-sell agency offerings to grow existing accounts
  • Contribute to new business efforts and case study development

Data & Analytics

  • Leverage media mix modeling and data tools to forecast and exceed performance goals
  • Evaluate third-party research, ad tech, and analytics platforms to inform strategy

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of digital media planning experience (within an agency a plus)
  • Proven experience establishing client relationships and confident and comfortable presenting client strategies
  • Pharmaceutical media planning and/or buying experience a plus- HCP and/or Consumer
  • Ability to use syndicated research to guide strategic thinking
  • Keen understanding of the evolving digital landscape and how it fits into the overall marketing mix
  • Experience with Ad Serving and Bid Management technology is a plus (not required)
  • Strong analytical mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and organized approach to financial documents (SOWs, IOs, etc.)
  • MS Office proficiency (including Teams)
  • Team player, with client-facing confidence, and collaborative spirit
