Lori is an agency veteran from Razorfish and an outspoken advocate for the digital industry. Her experience includes 30+ years in advertising with a wide spectrum of brands, from the pharmaceutical industry, including LEO Pharma, Mallinckrodt, and Radius, to the retail, e-commerce, travel, and automotive industries, with brands such as Microsoft, Capital One, Nikon, Polo Ralph Lauren, The Travel Channel, and Morgan Stanley. 

She is affiliated with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, AAAA, AWNY, 212NYC, Big Brother/Big Sister Mentorship Program, and iMedia advisory board.

Ruth Nightengale

Ruth has 20+ years of performance marketing experience in SEM, SEO, social media, and programmatic. She leads the search, social, and media teams for Silverlight Digital, overseeing strategy, implementation, and campaign success for LEO Pharma, RVL Pharma, Radius Health, Chiesi, and Calliditas to name only a few. Ruth comes to Silverlight from prior roles such as Executive Director at Hearts & Science for 30+ Procter & Gamble brands, Media Director at Neo@Ogilvy for IBM, and SVP of Client Service at 360i. Brands she has partnered with include Bayer, The Home Depot, American Airlines, Verizon FiOS, Kumon, CubeSmart, Canon, 2U, and Hyundai/Kia.

VP, Omnichannel Strategy

Courtney Nagle

Courtney brings 12+ years of digital marketing and media experience as Silverlight Digital’s VP, Omnichannel. She oversees the agency’s media teams and leads the strategy and execution across all channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging media, ensuring a cohesive and performance-driven approach for clients.

Her expertise in data-driven marketing, audience strategy, and full-funnel optimization informs SLD’s integrated planning approach, helping clients effectively reach both healthcare providers and patients. Courtney collaborates closely with clients and their agency partners to develop strategy, planning, and execution across Silverlight’s portfolio of healthcare and pharmaceutical brands.

Prior to her current role, Courtney led multi-channel marketing initiatives spanning SEO, content strategy, and paid media, supporting national campaigns and both commercial and non-commercial efforts.

Finance Controller

Michael Castonguay

Michael joined Silverlight Digital as Controller bringing extensive experience in digital and traditional media to our team. Michael oversees fiscal management and collaborates to improve company specific process improvements, policies, and procedures. Michael’s previous experience includes elevating and overseeing finance and operations having served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of previous organizations including local and national brands.

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Michael has been an adjunct professor for Multimedia Financial Analysis for New York University and served on their advisory board for the School of Professional Studies. He also serves as a board advisor for Popcorns Challenge LTD, a 501c3 non-profit established to support Mike “Popcorn” Bourgeois who passed away from ALS in 2022. The charity continues to serve families who are dealing with a loved one with ALS.

Since 2014

Our founder's story

In 2014, Lori worked as President of a fledgling digital media agency in New York. She was unhappy with how the ownership was guiding the agency and saw an opportunity. As the only female member of a 12-person team of board members and management, Lori made the bold move to purchase the agency from its shareholder group. Lori successfully retained 100% of the clients and employees, who embraced her as the new agency owner. The team moved into a new office space and transformed the brand into the present-day Silverlight Digital, where Lori presides as founder, owner, and CEO. In 2018, Lori proudly earned recognition for  Silverlight Digital as a certified woman-owned business.
