She is affiliated with Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, AAAA, AWNY, 212NYC, Big Brother/Big Sister Mentorship Program and iMedia advisory board. Lori holds a BA from the University of Delaware and advanced certificates from the Paris American Academy.
With over 20 years of digital media experience, Michael handles the agency’s partnership development and helps brands uncover new opportunities through integrated marketing campaigns that make an impact. He has a track record of creating and managing strategic partnerships that boosted revenue for brands such as Trulia, Kayak, Wells Fargo, Chase, and Lowe’s. Currently his expertise is in the pharma/healthcare sector, partnering with biopharma companies and healthcare marketing agencies on such advertisers as Allergan, Mallinckrodt, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Aadi Bio, and RVL Pharma to strategically reach key audiences.
Ruth has 20+ years of performance marketing experience in SEM, SEO, social media, and programmatic. She leads the search, social, and media teams for Silverlight Digital, overseeing strategy, implementation, and campaign success for LEO Pharma, RVL Pharma, Radius Health, Chiesi, and Calliditas to name only a few. Ruth comes to Silverlight from prior roles such as Executive Director at Hearts & Science for 30+ Procter & Gamble brands, Media Director at Neo@Ogilvy for IBM, and SVP of Client Service at 360i. Brands she has partnered with include Bayer, The Home Depot, American Airlines, Verizon FiOS, Kumon, CubeSmart, Canon, 2U, and Hyundai/Kia.
Kelly brings 20+ years of media and marketing experience as Silverlight Digital’s Senior Media Director. She oversees a robust media team that manages CTV, Programmatic Display & Video, Publisher Direct, and EHR. Her strong experience with digital and traditional marketing principals and strategy inform SLD’s integrated planning approach. Kelly will negotiate great media prices with networks, data providers, and partners. She collaborates with clients and their agency partners to develop strategy, planning, buying and execution of campaigns across Silverlight’s client portfolio including LEO Pharma, RVL Pharmaceuticals, and Mallinckrodt. Kelly comes to Silverlight Digital after nine years at Deutsch LA, and during her career has worked across a variety of categories including CPG, ecommerce, automotive, education, and insurtech including brands such as ABC, Sony PlayStation, Atm Tickets, and Anchor Hocking.
Michael joined Silverlight Digital as Controller bringing extensive experience in digital and traditional media to our team. Michael oversees fiscal management and collaborates to improve company specific process improvements, policies, and procedures. Michael’s previous experience includes elevating and overseeing finance and operations having served as President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of previous organizations including local and national brands.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Michael has been an adjunct professor for Multimedia Financial Analysis for New York University and served on their advisory board for the School of Professional Studies. He also serves as a board advisor for Popcorns Challenge LTD, a 501c3 non-profit established to support Mike “Popcorn” Bourgeois who passed away from ALS in 2022. The charity continues to serve families who are dealing with a loved one with ALS.
In 2014, Lori worked as President of a fledgling digital media agency in New York. She was unhappy with how the ownership was guiding the agency and saw an opportunity. As the only female member of a 12-person team of board members and management, Lori made the bold move to purchase the agency from its shareholder group. Lori successfully retained 100% of the clients and employees, who embraced her as the new agency owner. The team moved into a new office space and transformed the brand into the present-day Silverlight Digital, where Lori presides as founder, owner, and CEO. In 2018, Lori proudly earned recognition for Silverlight Digital as a certified woman-owned business.
